In order to confirm a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total amount is kindly asked to be layed down.
The remaining amount 75% on arrival

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: no charges ,full refund of deposit.

Cancellations 20 days of arrival: 50% of total will be charged.

Cancellations 2 days before arrival 70% of total will be charged.

NON-SHOW:
Non-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.

EARLY CHECK OUT:
50% of the cost of the remaining days is charged.
